Walking Football comes to Mayo! A NEW and exciting form of physical activity that is good for heart health is to be brought to Mayo by CroÃ in association with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) and Mayo Sports Partnership. Walking football as the name implies is just that; a slower version of soccer with bans on running and tackles.
